looking for Mentor in Mississippi

Hi all. I am looking for a mentor in Mississippi. I live in central Mississippi, and I am an avid outdoor enthusiast. I have also been collecting knives for many years, so I know what I good usable should be or at least I think I do. I want to learn the art of grinding. I have a bader variable speed grinder and fair complete shop. Stock removal is really what interests me. Does anyone know of someone that could show me the ropes and put me on the right path?
